Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship nationwide across South Africa.

We unfortunately do not offer worldwide shipping via our online store.

But if you would like to place an an order for internatinal shipping, please contact us onhello@sherbert.co.za.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are then dispatched with our courier and arrive within 2-4 working days provided that the product is in stock.

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping to rural areas.

How do I track my order?

We use Fastway or The Courier Guy to ship our parcels.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will recieve an Order Fulfilment / Dispatch Confirmation email with a tracking number for your parcel.

Your order may be delivered anytime between 08h00 and 17h00 and a signature or code will be required as proof of delivery.

Returns

Can I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your Sherbert purchase but if you decide that you aren’t – we offer full cash refunds, exchanges or store credit within 14 days from purchase.

How do I return an item?

Email us at returns@sherbert.co.za to tell us you will be returning your purchase and give a brief description detailing why you want to return or exchange your purchase. If there is a defect, please include photos of the problem.

Package with all original tags and bags included, your name and we will send our courier to collect the parcel once the return fee has been paid and reflects in our account.

On receipt of your return in good order, we will email you with the available options for your refund or exchange. In the case of a full refund, we’ll request your bank details as Payfast keeps these confidential.

Please allow 5 - 10 working days for the refund to process.

Can I exchange for a different item?

If you have ordered an item in the wrong size/colour/print, we will happily exchange it for you depending on stock availability.

Please email returns@sherbert.co.za, indicating that you would like either to exchange or get store credit. We do not offer cash refunds on exchanges due to errors made by the customer in variant selection on orders. Once we receive your returned item in original packaging and condition, we will process your exchange or issue your store credit.

Sizing and Fit

How do I know what size to order?

We believe in fit over sizing.

We provide a product size chart with the measurements in the product description for each garment.

We strongly recommend measuring the tween you're buying for to make sure that when your parcel arrives the clothes fit and are comfy.

What is the difference between garment measurements and body measurements?

Garment measurements are the physical measurements of the garment eg. the sleeve length, width between the shoulder etc.

Body measurements are the body measurements of the person who will wear the clothes.

Wash Care & Fabric

How do I wash my Sherbert clothes?

The wash care instructions for each garment are included under their product description.
It is also included on the label on your garment.

As a general rule, we recommend the guide below but be sure to always follow the wash care label on the garment.

- Machine Washable (40ºC)
- Do not bleach
- Cool iron
- Do not dry clean
- Do not tumble dry 
- Hang inside out to dry

What fabrics do you use?

We believe in using good quality fabrics that can be worn over and over. Our fabrics are sourced from local suppliers who bring in high quality fabrics from around the world.

All clothing is labeled with the fibre content of the fabric as included in each product description.
