How to Measure
When measuring, always keep the tape horizontal to the ground and even at the front and back of the body. It's important to remember that the age on the tag may not be the right fit for you and to always choose the garment closet to your body measurements so that you get the best fit
1. Height
Measure without shoes and feet together, flat on the floor. Measure from the ground to the top of head.
2. Shoulders
Measure from the shoulder bone, across the chest, to the opposite shoulder bone. Keep the tape straight from shoulder to shoulder.
3. Bust
This is the widest part of the chest. Pass the tape over the nipples, under the arms and around the back.
4. Sleeve Cuff
This is the widest part of the upper arm. Pass the tape around the middle of the bicep.
5. Waist
This is the narrowest part of the body, measured at the narrowest point of the waist. Make sure the tape is at the same height at the front and back of the body.
6. Hip
This is the widest part of the lower body, measured at the fullest part of the hips, Feel for the hip bones and then pass the tape over the the buttocks. Make sure the tape is at the same height at the front and back of the body.
